WHAT TO DO
Often times there seems to be so much to do in order to get a home ready for buyers. We take a comprehensive look at the home and community. We never suggest that you invest more than you can get out. In fact, our philosophy is that what you invest in the property, you should get twice out.
(Spending $500, must net a $1,500 return)
WE PROVIDE
Once tenants are out, we go in and do an initial assessment. After our initial walk-through, we provide you with two values. One being an "AS IS" value, and the 2nd being a rehab value. Both will include comparable sales in the community, however, the rehab value will include a quote for the recommended work.
TIME FRAME
The time frame for the project will depend on the scope of the work.
HOW DOES TODAY'S HOME GET PAID
Today's Home Real Estate gets paid one of two ways. First is that the property owner pays the invoice directly when the project is complete. Second, is that Today's Home covers the cost of the rehab and the invoice is paid at closing. When the latter is selected, Today's Home will charge a higher commission to cover the cost of holding the expense invoice.
